taxes on the following described real property in Kitsap County, ~ashington,
to-wit]
South 15 ft. of Lot 30, Block 2, Larsonts 3rd Addition.
and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax fore-
closure sale, amd at the time of said sale there were delinquent assessments
against said real property pa~ble to local improvement district or districts in
the City of Bremerton and said City paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by
law provided, and now has a Treasurer's Deed to said property, and the City of
Bremer~,~n is desirous of selling said property

BE IT NE~O~FED BY THE CITY COM~.~$$ION OF THE CIT~ OF B~F~RTON, THAT the
City Treasurer of said City ~e and he is hereby 4irected %0 sell the property
hereinbefore described at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the
said City Treasurer is hereby directed to publish a n~tiee of sale ef said pro-
perty in a legal newspaper published and of general cir~alation in %he City of
Bremerton in three commecutive issues of such newspaper, v~hich said notice shall
s~t forth the real property to be sold, hereinbefore described, together with the
time and place of said sale, v~hich shall be between the hours of 9 otclock a.m.,
and 4 e~clock p.m. on a date to be fixed by the said City Treasurer, at the front
door of the City Hall in the City of Bremerton, ~'~ashington; and said notice shall
further set forth that the said sale may be adjourned' from day to day by said City
Treasurer by public announcement, made by said City Treasurer, at the time and
place designated in the notice of public sale or at the time'and place at which
said sale may be adjourned,

Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
