~: RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound Power and Light
for furnishing power for Municipal Water Pumping.
Ii' WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & L~ht Comper~ has offered to furnish for a period of five years, upon
~ terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract, to-wit~ Municipal Pumping Plant located
~a Anderson Creek in the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 24 North,
~e 1 East. See files for act,,a~ contract.
~ N(~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Oity ~f Bre. r%on that a contract be entered
~'i~to with Puget Sound Pomsr & Light ¢omp~w4~r the' furnishing of Power f~r M--~_cipal Water Pumping upon
i! %~e terms above proposed, and that %he/M~6F~e an~ he .hereby is authorized an~ directed to execute and
4eliver such contract on behalf and in the name of the City, --~ %he ~k~,'~e and he hereby is authorized
and directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremerton.
Duly adopted this 5th day of December, 1956.
