RF~OLUTION authorizing' th® execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound Power and Light
Company for furnishing power for Municipal Water Pumping.
WHEREAS, P~et So,nd Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period of 'Five years, upon
%e~ms set forth in the foLlowin~ proposed fo~m of contract, to-~t%~ Municipal Pumpin6 Plant located on
Schley Boulevard near Eastpark in the Southeast q~r of the Southwest quarter of Section 12~ Township 24
North, Range 1 East. ~e files for actual contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City Of Bremerton that a contract be entered
into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing of Power for Municipal Water Pumping upon
the terms above proposed, and that the Acting Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute
and deliver such contract on behalf and in the name of the Oity, and the Clerk be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremerton.
Duly adopted this 5th day of December, 1956.
