HomeMy WebLinkAbout940 WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is a member of the
American Munincipal Association and that said Association is
holding its annual convention in St. Louis, Missouri, this
month, and
WHEREAS, it is a benefit to the City of Bremerton
to have the Mayor attend this convention, and
WHEREAS, there is insufficient funds in the Executive
Department Budget Fund to defray the costs of the Mayor attending
this convention, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Finances and the Commissioner
of Public Works have sufficient funds in their budget to reimburse
the Mayor for his expenses in attending this convention; now
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council o£~the City of
Bremerton, that there be transferred the sum of $125.00 from
the item Travel under the Maintenance and Operation Division
of the Commissioner of Finances' budget to the item Travel Expenses
under the Maintenance and Operation Division of the Executive
Department's budget, and
BE IT FURTHAR RESOLVED that there be and there is hereby
transferred the sum of $125.00 from the item Travel Expenses under
the Maintenance and Operation Division of the Public Works and
Utilities' budget to the item Travel Expenses under the Maintenance
and Operation. Division of the Executive Department's budget.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage, this l~th day of November, 1956.
