WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton sent to the Public
Housing Administration a certified copy of Resolution No.
936 passed by the City Council on October 17, 1956; and,
~J~EREAS, on the 20th day of October, 1956, the
Mayor of the City of Bremerton sent a telegram to the Public
Housing Administration asking them to disregard Resolution
No. 936; and,
WHEREAS, the other members of the Council approve
the Mayor's action in sending said telegram; now, therefore~
BE IT RESOLVED BY T~] CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF
BRE~RTON that the act of the Mayor of Bremerton in sending
a telegram to the Public Housing Administration asking them to
disregard Resolution No. 936 be and the same is hereby approved
and ratified; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BREMERTON that the Public Housing Authority of the
United States proceed with disposition of public housing
dwellings in Sheridan Park (WASH ~50~9) in accordance with
plans made prior to receipt of Resolution No. 936 of this
Council~ and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CiTY OF BREMERTON that Resolution No. 936 be and the same
i~ hereby repealed.
PASSED by the City Oouncil of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this~-~day of October, 1956.
