the City of Bremertcm, be amd the same ia hereby fixed as the time and place of the
hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEB that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and auth-
orized to give notice of the time and place ef said hearing to all persons who may have
d~stre to object to such assessment roll to make ~s~ch objections in ~riting and file the
s~.e with the City clerk at or prior to the date set for such hearing, by m~ ~.~g a
notice to the owner or reputed owner of the different properties whose m~m~e appears
upon said roll by mailing a notice thereof at least 15 days before the date herein set
for such he,ring to such owner or reputed owner at the address of such owner as shown on
the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on said list and shall
further give notice of such hearing by pmbliahimg such notice at least five times in the
official newspaper, the l~t publication~ of which shall be at least fifteen days prior
to the date fixed for such hearing. The abOVe mentioned improvement includes the con-
struction of five foot concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters, a~ the doing
of any and all other work in connection therewith.
