l~5~%EAS, the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 265, providing
for the assessment to pay the improvement of North Charlotte Avenue from 6th Street
to 9th Street has been filed with t~ %~e City of Rremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it da~ of August, 1956 at
10:00 o,clock A.M., P.S.T., of said chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Bremerton be and the same is~$~e~F~ ~.1~4 as the time and place of the
hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cit~ ~le~ ~e am~ he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time am~'~ ~. sat4 hearing to all persons who
may have desire to objedt to such assesmaSm% r~ll %e maim such objections in writing
and file the same with the City Clerk at er ~ %o t~e date set for suc~ hearing,
by mailing a notice to the owner or the re~u%e4 ewaer of the different properties whose
~ame appears upon said assessment roll ~y ~ a ~tice thereof at least fifteen
days before the date herein set for such ~eaa~ ~ smch owner or reputed owner at
the address of such owner as shown om the ~x r~lt~ cf the County Treasurer for the
property described on said list and sha~ ~~r $i~e_ ~m?~tice of such hea91-g by
publishing such. notice at least five ti~ ia ~ ~ffieial newspaper, the last public-
ation of which shall be at least fifteen 4a2w pri~r %e ~ date fixed for $~kd hearing.
the above mentioned improvement includes the construction of five foot concrete side-
walks and concrete curbs and gutters, and the doing of any ~d all other work in con-
nection therewith.
