WHEREAS the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No.
26~ providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of Nipsic
Avenue from East 17th and East lgth Street
from Nipsic Avenue to 332.56~~¥e~s been filed with the City
Clerk of the City of
BE IT RESOLVED tha~~,' ~ 18th day of July, 1956, at
lO:O0 o'clock A.M., P.S.T.~$~f~.~a~ ~c~&~ the Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of ~.~.~ ~ i~n the same is hereby fixed as
the time and place of the~:~ar~ said roll;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RES( O'm~y Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed '~ the time and place of said
hearing to all persons wh~ma~ desi~.ii~o object to such an assessment
roll and to make such obJeg1~.s in ing and file the same with
the City Clerk at, or fixed for such hearing, by
mailing a notice thereof al~.,~, (15~)i days before the date
herein set for such heari, or the reputed owner of the
different properties whose ~ame or na~es appear upon said assessment
roll to the address of such owner or owners as shown on the tax rolls
of the County Treasurer for the property described on said list, and
to further give notice of such hearing by publication of said notice
at least five (5) times in the official newspaper, the last publi-
cation of which shall be at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing. The above mentioned improvement includes the
construction of concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters,
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 27th day of June,
1956.
