HomeMy WebLinkAbout917 WHEREAS Ordinance No. 1~59 provides that the City Co~mission
may, by Resolution, extend, restrict, alter or otherwise change
parking meter zones and limitations of time for parking, and create
additional parking meter zones, and,
Wq~EREAS the City Commission has determined that the parking
rates for one hour shall be increased from five (5) cents to ten (10)
cents upen Pacific Avenue from First Street to Six'ch Street, upon
Fourth Street from Park Avenue to ~/ashington Avenue, and upon Callow
Avenue from Bur~ell Street to Ninth Street, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the Chief of Police he and he is hereby authorized and directed
to install meters on Pacific Avenue from First Street to Sixth Street,
on Fourth Street from Park Avenue to Washington Avenue, and on Callow
Avenue from Burwell Street to Ninth Street requiring the depos~ of
five (5) cents for each one half hour ef parking on said streets, and
he is further authorized and directed to give.~proper notice of said
changes in parking meter rates as provided in Ordinance No. 1559.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City ef
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
