of the City of Bremerton to have a qualified organization analyze
the government of the City of Bremerton for the purpose of
suggesting and recommending ways and means of making the govern-
ment of the City more efficient, and,
~EREAS the firm of Lybrand, Ross Bros. & Nontgomery
of Seattle, Washington, eminently qualified, have matra reasonable
offer to make such an analysis$ Now, therefore,
IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton that the offer of Lybrand, Ross Bros. & Montgomery be
and the same is hereby accepted, and,
It is further Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton t~at the said firm be requested to commence
their services as soon as possible with the understanding and the
assurance of the City Council that if said Firm performs any services
during the year 1957 that the same shall be promptly paid upon
proper voucher in 1958.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Nayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 20th day of November, 1957.
