for the construction, reconstruction and repair of certain sidewalks, gutters, curbs~
along and driveways across sidewa~~ ~ in the City of Bremerton, has been filed with
the City Clerk of the City of Br~~ Washington, pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1907 and Chapter 177, Laws of 1~ af the State of Washington.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha% the 'hearing o~ the confirmation of said assessment
roll shall be held before the City oeUncil in the Council Chambers on Wednesday the
9th day of October 1957, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., P, S. T., at which time and place all
persons who desire to object thereto ma~ a~ear and present such objections, if any,
they have.
IT IS FURTHER resolved that t~,.~/~!ty Clerk be, and he is, hereby d~rected to notify
the o,~er or reputed owner of the property affected by said assessment roll of the time
and place of said hearing, as required by la~.
