for the assessment to pay for the improvement of Ironsides Avenue, from Shore Drive
to East llth Street has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that 1W~esda~ the 18th Day of September, 1957
at 10:00 otclock A. Me~, Pe Se T., of said day a% the Coumcil Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Bremerton, be and the s~e is hereby fixed as the time and place of
the hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT FURTRER R~VED that the City Olerk be, and he is, hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons who
may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in writing
ami file same With the City Clerk at or prior to the date set for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or reputed owner of the different properties whose name
appears upon said roll by mailing a notice thereof at least 15 day~ before the d ate
herein set for such heal ng to such owner or reputed o~rner at the address of such
owner as shorn on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described
on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice
at least five times in the official newspaper, the publication of which shall be at
least fifteen days prior to the date of such hearing. The above mentioned improvement
includes the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and
gutters, and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
