Now, Therefore, be it rese~d .t~at Wednesday the 14th day of August, 1957 at
10:00 o'clock A. M., P. S~;-T., e~ said day at the Council C~mmbers in the City
in the City of Bremerton~ be aud~he m~ne is hereby fixed as the time and place of
the hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT MYRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed and
authorized to ~ive notice of the t~me am~ place ef said hearing to all persons who
may have desire to object to such asses~ ~ to make such objections in writing
and file same with the City Clerk at or ~ior ~o %he date set for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or reputed owaer of the different properties whose ~e
appears upon said ro21 by mailing a notice thereof at least 15 days before the date
herein set for such hearing to such owner or reputed o.~r at the address of such
owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described
on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishi~ such notice
at least five times in the official n~.~paper, the publication of which s~11 be at
least fifteen days prior to the date of such hearing. The abeve mentioned improve-
merit includes the construction of five f~ot concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and
gutters, and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
