BE IT FXrRTKER RE~OLVED that the City 01erk-'be, and he is, hereby directed and authorized
to give notice of the time and place o~ said ~ng to all persons who may have desire to
object to such assessment roll ~o make such objections in ~'~iting and file the same with
the City Clerk at ar prior to the date set for such hearing, by ma~l_tng a notice to tb~
owner or reputed o.-ner of the different properties whose name appears upon said roll by
mailing a notice thereof at ~e asr '15 ds~s before the date herein set for such hearing to
such owner or reputed owner at the addres= of .such owner as shown on the tax rol~.~ of the
County Treasurer for the property described en said list a~t shall further give notice of
such hearing by ~mbllshing such notice at least five times in the official newspaper, the
l~Ablication of which shall be at ]e asr fifteen daFs prior to the date of such hearing.
The above mentioned improvement includes the construction of four foot concrete sidewalks,
concrete curbs and gutters, and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
