purchase the fo]lowing described real estate situated in Kitsap
Co~ty, Wa~hln~on, to-wit:
Lot 7, Blocl~ l, ~,,~cClellsn's Addition to the Town of
Bremertou, according to Plat thereof, recorded in
Vol~e ~ of Plats, page 74, records oF said Co~ty,
Except'the North 5 feet thereof,
and
V,~%]~ safe. premises are not required by the City of
:-~re'uerton for any m~icipal pu~ose, and the City Co~cil deems
it desirable to sell said p~mises and place the same upon the
tax rolls, and
~-{EREA~ a concrete retaining wall must be constructed upon
the south ~rgtn of said premises in connection ~th the p~-
posed widening bf Eleventh Street at the expense of the City of
Dre~rton, and
W~{ERMAS Kltsap Realty Company, a corporation, has bid the
sum of ~,qO0.O0 for sai~ premises, which price is fair and reasonable,
now, therefore,

b. erei~bove described be sold to Kitsap Realty Company, a corporation,
for the sum of $800.00, and upon furth'er co~ideration that the
C~.ty of Bre~rton constpuct such a retaining wall, and the Nayor
a~'w~ C~ty 'Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a
orope~ conveyance of ss id premises to the ss. id Kitssp Realty Company
~pon pa~ent to the City Treasurer of the sum of $800.00.
