State of ~ashington, has acquired the following ~escribed real
property situated in Kitsap ~ounty, Washi~ton:
The north 38 feet of the east ~/3 of lots ~ and 8,
block 1, Goldsworthy,s Addition, according to plat
thereof recorded in volume 3 of Plats, page
records of said county;

WH~H~ it has been determined that said real property is
not required for municipal purposes and that Constance Reitan,
also known as Constance Weir~ has offered to convey certain other
real property to the city of Bremerton in partial exchange for
saim .premises, an~
wH~R~ t~e real property to be acquired by said city of
Bre~rton is ~esirable for additional street right-of-way, now,
there fore,
BE IT RE~0LVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
t~at the premises here~inabove described be conveyed to the said
Constance Weir in exchange for such other property and the
anm the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver
such conveyances as may be necessary to give this resolution full
force and effect.
Passed by the City Council, signed by the ~ayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 3rd day
of ~pril, 1~$~.
