Resolution
Section 5. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give notice
~f the date of such hearing to each owner or reputed ewner of any and aL1 lots,
tracts, or parcels of land or other property specially benefited by the impr°ve-
ment, by mailing to the owner or reputed owner of the property as shown oa the
ta~ rolls of the County Treasurer, at the agdress shown therec~, a notice setting
forth the ~ture cf the proposed improvement, the total estimated cost and the
estimated benefits to the particular lot, tract, or parcel, and the date of the
hearing before the City Council at least 15 dayw Before the date fixed herein
for such hearing.

and the City Clerk be a~ is hereby authorized and directed to publish a copy of

said hearing, and said p~blication, together with the mailing of the netices here-
i~uabove provided to the owners or reputed owners of the lots, tracts, or parcels of
land included in such i~provement as hereinabove set forth, shall be due and legal
notice to all concerned in s~td improvements,
