of the City of Bremerton a Petition by the residents of the
territory known as Shorewood Dri~e and Madronna Point and
upon pro'~erty more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point ~:~-here the present City Limit
line, describem in City of Bremerton Ordinance No.
1875, bein~]~ the Northwesterly line of the property
described in deed date 8-9-34, executed by Mary J.
Abrahamson, a widow, to Oscar W. Liner and Lorene
Liner, Husband and ]l':~ife, recorded 2-5-35 in Volume
191 of Deeds, Page 606, Recores of Kitsap County:
Washi~jton: intersects the me~:nder line; thence South
3~°~7'53'' West 515.38 feet more or less to the Nor-
therly mar~;in of Primary State Highway lqo. 21;
thence Westerly, Northerly and Westerly along the
Northerly and Easterly margin of said State Highway
to its intersection with the South line of Government
Lot 4, Section 9, Twp 24 N, Range 1 E, W.M.; thence
East along said South line of Government Lot 4 to
a point' 626.13 feet ?~est of the Southeast corner
thereof; thence Northerly along the boundary of the
U.S. i~,~val Magazine 208.71 feet more or less; thence
Easterly along the boundary of said U.S. Naval Mag-
azine to the meander line of OySter Bay, together
with the section of Prim~,ry State Hi~hway No. 21
adjoinging and abbuting aforedescribed line, which
is not at present included within the City Limits.

of Bremerton and for an election to ~ote upon the question of
annexation of said described property to the said City of
Bremerton and

City Council of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THE~E¥O~E, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of t?l:e City of Bremerton a'oprove the Petition for an election
to vote upon the annexation of that property hereinbefore
described situated in Kitsa:o County, Washington
BE iT i~:UkT~i~i~R HESOL~.ED that the Pe~tioners named
therein or representatives thereof be notified of the approval
of the Petition by mailing a copy of this resolution to said
Petitioners or representatil~.,es of said Petitioners and that
a cooy of this resolution be mailed to the Auditor of Kitsap
