of the City of Breme.ton a Petition by the residents of the
territory known as Crown Hill District and upon property more
particularly described ss follows:
Beginning a a point where the southwesterly margin
of the Northeasterly approach of Ms.rine Drive to
Prim~ry State Highway No. 21 intersects the~ North-
erly margin of said State Highway; thence Westerly
and Northerly along the Southwesterly margin of
said Marine Drive approach, being a curve to the
right, to its point of tangency with the centerline
of Marine Drive; thence Northerly aioni~ the center-
line of Marine Drive to its intersection with the
line dividin~ Sections 15 and 16~ Twp 2& N, Range
1 E, W.M.; thence North along the line dividing
Said Sections 15 and 16 to the corner common to
Sections 9,10,15 and 16, Twp 2& N, Range 1 E, Wm;
thence East to the North and South centerline of
said Section 15; thence South~D its intersection
with the Northwesterly marklin of Frimary State
Highway No. 21; thence Southwesterly along the
Northwesterly margin of said State Highway to
the point of beginning.
and for the annexation of said described property to the City of
Bremerton and for an election to vote upon the question of annexa-
tion of said described property to the said City of Bramerton and
?;HEREAS, said petition has been consid~d by the City
Council of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Bremerton a orove the Petition for an election to
vote upon %he annexation of t~]at property hereinbefore described
situated in Kitsap County, Lashington,
BE I~ FUJi. TIER RESOL%ED, that the Petitioners named there-
in or representatives thereof be notified of the approval of the
Petition by mailing a co0y of this resolution to siad Petitioners
or representatives of said Petitioners and t?~st s copy o! t~is
resolution be mailed to the Auditor of }fits~ County, Washington,
and/or the ~o-rd of County Commissioners of Kitsap County, Washington,
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
