WHERmAS the City of Bremerton has purchased certain real
property within the city of Bremerton, mo.ce particularly herein-
after described, which real property adjoins the proposed right-
of-way for the approaches to the Warren Avenue Bridge, and
WHER~IA~ a portion of said real property is not required by
the City of Bremerton for any public purpose and Lillian Peterson,
a widow, has offered the sum of $E50.00 cash for said real
property, and
WHEREAS said real property is reasonably worth said sum,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~0LVED by the City CounCil of the
City of Bremerton that the following described real property,
situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington, to-wit:
The North 3E feet of the west one-h~lf of lot 7, tract 4,
Warren Smith's Acre Tracts as per plat, recorded in
Volume E of Plats, page 51, records of said county;
EXCEPT the west 97.43 feet ~nereof;
and
The west lz9.96 feet of the north 32.54 feet of the south
96.408 fee~ of lot 7, tract 4, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts
as per pla~, recorded in Volume E of Plats, page
records of sai~ county, EXCEPi' the west 97.43 feet thereof;
be sola to Lillian Peterson, a widow, for the sum of ~ESO.00
cash, and upon receipt by the City Treasurer of sai~ sum, the
?~layor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the necessary
conveyance ann deliver the same to the said Lillian Peterson.
Passed by the City Council, signed by the Mayor an~ atteste~
by the City Cl.~ rk in authentication of such passage th~s /-~/~ day
of January, 1957.
