of the City of Bre~ert~n a petition to vacate certain property
heretofore dedicated_ as.apmblic street, known as Leonard
Avenue, within theCity..of Bre~erton, Washington, and
~HEREAS, iS appears to ~e City Council that said
Leonard AVSnue isa. shor~street and lies entirely within
Petitioners property, and that the~P~blic will be better
served, by vacating said Leonard Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
