RESOLVED, that the funds of the FIREMENtS PENSION &
· of the City of ~remerton,
Washington, be and the same are hereby authorized to be added
to or paid into a savings account in the SecuritF.Sa.vi_nEs and.
Loan Association,
and that said institution ce ane it is hereby authorized to
pay withdrawals, until further written notice to it signed in
the name of the City of Bremerton by its~Mayor and attested
by its City Clsrk, by the City Treasurer whose sijnature ap-
pears below. Said institution is authorized to supply any en-
dorsement for the undersigned on an~ check or other instrument
tendered for this account and it is hereby relieved of any
liability in connection with collection of such items which
are handled by it in accordance with customary banking prac-
tice and it shall not be liable for the acts of banks serving
as its agents, sub-agents or others or for any casualty. With-
drawals may not be made on account of such items until collect-
ed, and any amount not collected may be charged back to this
account, including e~pense incurred, and any other outside
expense incurred on account of this account may be charged to
it.

Clerk of the City of Bremerton, ~ashtngton, and that the fore-
going is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by
said City at a regular or duly called special meeting at which
a quorum was present, and that said resolution is recorded in
its minutes, and that said City is authorized to take such ac-
tion, and that the signature above and on the attached card
bearing Account No.. 10313 is the true signature of the
person authorized to sign for withdrawals against said account.
