WHEREAS, The City of Bremerton, Washington accepted an offer from the
United States Government for an ad~anee for preparation of planning documents
pertaining to a public work described as reconstruction and remodeling of the
existing City HAL1, the adjoining building East of the City Hall, and the building
on the Southwest comer of Washington and ~th Streets; and
WHE~, B. Dudley Stuart, Architect, A. I. A. was engaged to prepare
the planning documents for the af6resaid public work, and said architect and/
or engineer has completed the documents and submitted them for approval; and
~%EAS, the completed planning documents have been carefully studied and
are considered to comprise adequate planning.of the public work essential to
the comnmnity and within the financial ability of the City of Bremerton to
construct;
NOW, THF=~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council, the governing body
of said applicant, that the planning documents sUbmitted by B. Dudley Stuart
as the basis for detailed planning of the a~Oresaid reconstruction a~nd remodeling
of the City Hall, dated Nov. 27th., 1958, in connection with Housing and Home
Finance Agency Project No. Wash ~5-P-3038 be and' the same are hereby approved;
and that certified copies of this resolution be filed with the Housing and
Home Finance Agency.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 10th
day of December, 1958.
