for the aSsessment to psV for the improvement of the AS_ley, between Brashem Avenue
and Nipsic Avenue, frem Cascade Trail to East 23rd Street, has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOW, Therefore, be it resolved that Wednesday the 24th day of December 1958 at
10:00 otclock A. M.~ P. S. T., of said day at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City cf Bremerton, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place of
the hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and p/ace of said hearing to all persons who
mav have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such obJectiom~ in writing
and file same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date set for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or reputed o.~er of the different properties whose name
appears upon said roll by mailing a notice thereof at ]east 15 days before the date
herein set for such hearing to each owner or reputed owner at the address of such
owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described
on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by pub/ishing such notice
at least five times in the official newspaper, the last publication of which shall be
at least fifteen days prior to the date of such hearing. The above mentioned improve-
ment includes grading, base preparation, surfacing with bituminous ~...~,~.~, and the
construction of adequate drainage facilities, and the doing of an~ and all other work
in connection therewith.
