WNEREAS, Guy Wetzel has answered the call of
the Highest Commander to his place in God's heavenly
kingdom; and,
WHEREAS, in his time on earth he answered the
call of his fellow man and served his community in the
highest degree; and,
WHEREAS, he made his spot in the world a better
place to live because he lived a life of service for others;
and,
W~EREAS, the entire County of Kitsap, and in
particular the Town of Port Orchard, will feel a loss in
what is Guy Wetzel's gain in eternal joy; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton wishes to record
for the future, the debt of gratitude the community owes
to his memory;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that~the City of
Bremerton expresses its true feeling of gratitude and re-
cognition of loss by making this resolution a part of its
official ~ecord and~that copies of this resolution be sent
to his beloved relatives.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this~day
of November, 1958.
