the National Bank of Commerce of Seattle, Bremerton Branch, safety
deposit boxes for the safekeeping of papers of the City of Bremerton;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the officers of the City of
Bremerton to keep and maintain said safety deposit boxes; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that safe deposit box or boxes in the safe
deposit vault of the National Bank .'~f Commerce of Seattle, Bremerton,
Branch, be rented in the name o£ this corporation, and that H. O.
Doms~tad, present Mayor of the City of Bremerton, and Austin M.Clark,
present Commissioner of Finance and Accounting of said City and/or
their respective successors in oi~fice, are authorized by and on
behalf of this corporation to sign in the name of the City of
Bremerton any agreement for the renting of said safe deposit box or
boxes as may be agreed upon between said officials and said bank
and they jointly to have access to said safe deposit box or boxes
from time to time and to deposit therein, remove therefrom, inspect
or inventory such of the securities, papers and property of the
City of Bremerton as they may deem proper and that upon such access
being given as herein ~orovided, no further responsibility shall
attach to said bank; and
BE IT F~,RTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. ~-~ be
and the ~ame is hereby~; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this res-
olution be delivered to the Bremerton Bramch of the National Bank
of Co~nerce of Seattle, a national bankin~i corporation.

authenticstion of such passage this llth day of June, 1958.

Clerk of the City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, do hereby
certify that we are the duly elected, qualified and acting Mayor
and Clerk of said City ~nd that the above snd foregoing is a full,
true snd correct copy of a resolution duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City on a regular meeting date
held on the ltth day of Jun~ 1958, at which a quorum of the
council members was present snd t~t such resolution is now in full
force and effect and duly recorded in the minutes of the Council
meeting of the City of Bremerton and ss the same aiopears in tb.~e
file of resolutions in the office of the City Clerk of the City
