WHEREAS, it has been determined that the vacation
of a certain alley hereinafter described, is in the best
interest of the City of Bremerton, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, that a hearing shall be had on the 7th day of May~
1958, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Bremerton, to determine whether or not the alley located
in Block 6, Charleston Navy View Addition running between
Patten Avenue and Roger Street shall be vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
give 20 days notice of the pendency of this hearing by written
notices posted in three of the most public places in the City
of Bremerton, an~ a like notice in a conspicuous place on
said alley, in addition to the aforesaid notices the City Clerk
shall send by mail a notice of ~aid hearing to the owners or~
reputed owners of all lots, tracts, or parcel of land on other
property abutting on said alley, at least 15 days before the
7th day of Nay, 1958.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremmrton,
signed by'the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in aU$~hentication
of such passage this~ ~~ day of April, 1958.
