at 10:00 o'clock A.~,J~., P.S.T.~ of said day at the Board Room in the Chamber of
Commerce in the City of Bremerton~ be and' the same is hereby fixed as the time
and ~place of the hearing uoon said roll; and~
BE IT FUrtHER !~.ESOLV~ that the City Clerk be~ and he is~ hereby directed
and authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all pe~'sons
who may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in
~iting and file same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date set for such
hearing, by ~ibten notice to the owner or reputed ~mer ~f the different
properties whose name appears u'~on said roll by mailing a notice thereof at
least 15 days before the da0e herein set for such hearing to such owner or J:e-outed
m~ner a~ the address of such o~mer as shov~ on the ts~ roils of the Co~nty
Treasurer for the property described on said list and shall further give
notice of such hearing by -oublis~hing such notice at least five times in the
official newsp~ er~ the last -oublication of ~,~ich sh~i be at least fifteen
days prior to the date of such hearing. The above mentioned impro~ement includes
the consbruction of concrete side~va!ks~ curbs and gutters sa~d street reconstrmLction
and the doing of any and all other '~'~ork in connection there~with.
