Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOYf, T~-~R@~O~ be it resolved that Wednesday the ~th day of November~
19~9 at 10:00 o'clock A.~'[., P.$.T.~ of said d&y at the Board Room in the
Chamber of Commerce inthe City o£ Bremerton~ be and the same is hereby f~ed
as the time and place of the hearing upon said roll; and~
BE IT FL~TI-~R P~ES~I~D that th~ City Clerk be, and he is~ h~reby directed
and authorized to give notice of the time and place of said he,ring to all
persons who may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such
objections in ~,~iting and file same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date set £or
such he~ring~ by written notice to th~ owner or reputed ovauer of the different
properties whose name appears upon said roll by mailing a notice thereof at
least 1~ day~ before, the date herein set f~r such hearing to such owner or
re~uted owner at the address of such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the
County Treasurer for the property described on said list and shall further
give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at leas% five times
in the official newspaper, the last ~ublication of which shall be at least
f~teen d~.~s prior to the~date of such hearing° The above mentioned improvement
includes the construction of an 8 inch sanitary sewer and appurtenances in the
above mentioned streets and the doing of any and all other work in connection
ther ewith°
