RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract With Puget Sound
Power & Light Company for furnishing power for 'Municipal Street Mercury Vapor Lighting.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Ligh.t Company has offered to furnish for a period of
ten years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract, to-wit:
Mercury Vapor Street Lighting. (See contract files for actual contract.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of Bremerton that a con-
tract be entered into with Puget Sound Power and Light 0ompany for the furnishing of
power for ~,~,ercury Vapor Street Lighting upon the terms a0ove proposed, and that the
mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on
behalf and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and dir-
ected t c attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the 6ity of Bremerton.
DULY ADOPTED this 7th Day of October, 1959.
