NOW, THEREFORE, be it reso~.t~a% ~sday the 28th day of October, 19~9
at 10:O0 o'clock A.M., P.S.T. of said day a~ ~a® Board Room, Chamber of Commerce
in the City of Bremerton, be and t~le same~ t~~ hereby fi xed as the time and place
of the hearing upon said roll;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.~ the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time amd plae~ of said hearing to all persons who
may have desire to object to such as~e~ame~ tell to make such objections in writing
and file same with the City Clerk'at er p~i~. ~ the date set for such hearing,
by written notice to the owner er repmte~ ~wl~er of the different properties Whose
name appears upon said roll by mailing a ~Otic~ thereof at least l~ days before
the date herein set for such earth: ~::~eh. owner or reputed owner at the address

mentioned improvement includes the construction of an 8 inch sanitary sewer and
apourtenances in the above mentioned alley and on Stone Way between the alley and
Trenton Avenue together with the construction of a ~ inch pressure line along
Trenton Avenue between Stone ~ay and HoIman Street and the doing of any and all
other work in connection therewith.
