WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that an alley sit-
uated in Block 4 of Dietz Addition to Bremerton should be vacated, and
that the public interest will be better served by vacating said ~

NON THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that a
hearing shall be had on the 5th day of August, 1959, in the Council
Chamber, in the City Hall, in the City of Bremerton, at the hour of
10 o~clock a.m. to determine whether or not the alley, described as
follows =
An alley in Block 4 of Dietzts A~dition as shown on
the plat recorded in Volume 2 of plats, page 57, re-
cords of Kitsap Countyt Washingtonw being more part-
icularly described as follows: Beginning at the
southeast corner of Lot 25 of said Block 4~ thence
westerly along the south line of lot 25 to the
southwest corner thereof~ thence 14 feet along the
southerly extension of the west line of said lot 25~
thence easterly following a line which is parallel
with said south line of Lot 25 to the northeast
corner of Lotl in said Block 4~ thence northerly 14
feet to the point of beginning.
should be vacated~ and that the City Clerk shall give notice of said
hearing by posting in three of the most public places in the City of
Bremerton and in a conspicious place upon said alley to be vacated a
copy of said notice, and in addition thereto the City Clerkw not less
than 15 days before the 5th day of August, 1959, shall send a copy of
said notice to the owners or reputed owners of all lots, tracts or
p~rcels of land abutting upon said alley as shown by the records of the
County Treasurer and d~rected to the addresses thereon shown.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
