RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget SOund
Power & Light Company for furnishing Municipal Water Pumping Power.
WHEREAS, PUGET SOUND P0~NER & LIGHT CONPANY has offered to furnish for a period of
ten years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract, to-wiS:
Pump Station #1~, Schley Boulevard & Barnett Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that a
contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing of
~ater Pumping Power at Pump Saation #13 - Schley Blvd. & Barnett St. upon the terms
above proposed, and zhaO the Nayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to ex-
ecute and deliver such contract on behalf and in the name of the City, and the Clerk
be and he hereby is authorized and directed to attest such contract and to affix there
to the seal of the City of Bremerton.
DULY ADOPTED this l?th day o~ June, 1959.
