WHEREAS, Minnie A. Foss and 01ga M. Poindexter for and
in consideration of the promises of the City of Bremerton to
perpetually care for Lot l, subdivision E, Charleston cemetery
to convey to the City of Bremerton Lot 25, Block 4 Dietz's
Addition, ajacent to the Warren Avenue Playfield.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOI~ED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton that the City Treasurer be an~ she is here-
by directed and authorized to transfer from the Cumulative
Reserve for General Municipal Purposes Fund, the sum of
Sgo0.o0 to the Cemetery for the sole and exclusive purpose
of providing perpetual care to Lot l, subdivision E of the
Charleston Cemetery.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized to accept on behalf of the City of Bremerton
and file with the County Auditor the deed executed by Minnie
A. Foss and Olga M. Poindexter conveying to the City the afore-
said real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 10gO be and
the same ~s hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 22nd dsy of April, 1959.
