WHEREAS, the General Services Administration of the
United States has available for disposition on a donation
basis, certain special property related to the community
building in West Park Annex No. H - Wash. - 586, together
with the community building in said project.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton may have need for said
personal property and said community building.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cou_~cil of the
City of Bremerton, that Mayor N. O. Domstad be and he is here-
by authorimed and given full power to negotiate with the
General Services Administration to acquire on a donation basis
any of the personal property deemed necessary to the City of
Bremerton and the community building.
PASSED BY the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage, this/~/~day of February, 1959.
