for the assessment to pay for the improvement of Pitt A~enue, from E. 16th St. to
its te~_ination point and E. 17th Street, from Pitt Avenue to Perry Avenue, has been
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NO¥4 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~ that Wednesday the llth day of February~ 1959
at lO:OO o'clock A.~..~., P.$.T., of said day at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Bremerton, be and the same is ~reby fixed as the time and place
of the hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT F~Yr~ RESOL~.r~ that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons who
may have d~sire to object to such assessment roll, to make such objections inwriting
and file same ~ith City Clerk at or prior to the date set for such hea~.ng, by
v~itten notice to the owner or reputed e~ner of the different ~operties whose
name appears upon said roll bM mailing a notice thereof at least 15 da~vs before the
date herein set for such he,ring to such ~vner or reputed o~.~mer at the address of
such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property
described on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publis.hing such
notice at least five times in the official newspaper, the last ?~blication of which
shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of such hearing. The above
mentioned improvement includes the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks, concrete
c~s add gutters, vroper grading, base preparation and resurfacing of said street;
together with the doing of any aud all other york necessa~ to n~ke a c~plete job.
