W~EREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed
for general taxes on the following described real property in
Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
Let i. Block 2 Park Place Addition to City of Bremerton
and the said real property was. struck off to said £itsap County
at the tax foreclosure sale.,., and the City of Bremerton paid to
Kitsap County taxes thereon, as by law provided, and now has a
Treasurer's Deed to said property, and the City of Bremerton is
desirous of selling.said property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BRENERTON,
THAT the City Treasurer of said. City be and she is hereby directed
to Sell the property hereinbe£ore., described bY advertising for
sealed bids and the said. City Treasurer is hereby directed to
publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper
published and of general circulation in the City of Bremerton
in three consecutive issues, of such newspaper, which said notice
shall set forth the real property to be sold, hereinbefore
described.
PASSED BY the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed .....
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
