W~EREAS, the petition signed by the owners of more than
seventy-five per cent (75%) of the assessed valuation of the prop-
erty therein described has been filed with the City of Bremerton~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton that a public hearing will be held upon said
petition on Wednesday, the llth day of January, 1961, at the hour
of ten a.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Bremerton~ and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing and to post three
copies of said notice within the property desiring to be annexed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentiCationo
of such passage this 21st day of December, 1960.
