WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council of
the City of Bremerton asking that an alley between 14th and 15th
Streets, extending west from High Avenue be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that a
hearing shall be had on the 22nd day of June, 1960, in the Council
Chamber of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce, in the City of
Bremerton, at the hour of ten o'clock a.m. to determine whether or
not the alley described as follows:
South 15 feet of the North 150 feet of the West 102 feet,
Tract 5, Moudies Subdivision,
should be vacated; and that the City Clerk shall give notice of said
hearing by posting in three of the most public places in the City of
Bremerton and in a conspicuous place upon said alley to be vacated a
copy of said notice; and, in addition thereto, the City Clerk, not
less than fifteen days before the 22nd day of June, 1960, shall send
a copy of said notice to the owners or reputed owners of all lots,
tracts or parcels of land abutting upon said atley~as shown by the
records of the County Treasurer and directed to the addresses thereon
shown.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage thisJ~day of June, 1960.
