City of Bremerton asking that a sidewalk be installed on Sheridan:
Road between Hefner Street and Lebo Street, an~
WHEREAS by Resolution No. 1066 the City Council of the City
of Bremerton held hearings as to the feasibility of this project, and
WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Bremerton objected
to the installation of sidewalks without curbs and gutters, and
WHEREAS the petitioners indicated that they did not desire
a curb and gutter in conjunction with this sidewalk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton that Resolution No. 1066 be and the same is hereby
repealed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioners asking for the
above improvement be notified of the City Council's action and that
the City does not intend to install a sidewalk without curb and
gutt er.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 13th day of April, 1960.
