for the assessment to pay for the improvement of Stevens Drive from 26th Street
North has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesday the 13th day of December, 1961
at 10:00 otclock A. M.~ P. S. T., of said day at the Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Bramerton~ be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place of the hearin9 upon said roll; and~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be~ and he is, hereby directed and
authorized to §ive notice of the time and place of said hearin§ to all persons who
may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in writ-
in9 and file same with the City Clerk mt or prior to the date set for such hearin§,
by written notice to the owner or reputed owner of the different properties whose
p~me appears upon said roll by mailing a notice thereof at least 15 days before
the date herein set for such hearin9 to such owner or r~puted owner at the address
of such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property
described on said list and shall further 9ive notice of such hearin9 by publishin§
such notice at least five times in the official newspaper~ the last publication of
which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of such hearin§. The above
mentioned improvement includes the construction of concrete curbs and gutters and
asphaltic pavement~ and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
