for the assessment to pay for the improvement or'Lafayette Avenue and Stevens Drive~
North of 26th Street: by the installation of Sanitary Sewers and Appurtances has
been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ be it resolved that Wednesday the llth day of October~ 1961
at 10:00 oSclock A. M.~ P. S. T.~ of said day at the Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Bremerton~ be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place of the hearin9 upon said roll; and~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk b% and he is~ hereby directed and
authorized to 9ire notice of the time and place of said hearin9 to all persons who
may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in writ-
ing and file same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date set for such hearing,
by written notice to the owner or reputed owner of the different properties whose
name appears upon said roll by mailing a notice thereof at least 15 days before
the date herein set for such hearin9 to such owner or reputed owner at the address
of such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property
described on,aid list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishin9
such notice at least five times in the official newspaper~ the last publication of
which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of such hearing. The above
mentioned improvement includes the construction of Sanitary Sewers and Appurtances
on Lafayette Avenue and Stevens Drive~ North of 26th Street; and the doing of any
and all other work in connection therewith.
PASSED by the City Council~ signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this day or ,
