after described; and,
WHEREAS, it is her wish and desire to convey Lots 3, 4, 7 and
8, Lot L, Subdivision ~ of Ivy Green Cemetmry to the City of Bremerton
in consideration that the City of Bremerton would grant perpetual care
to Lots 1, 2, 5 and 6 of said subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to be to the best interests of the City of
Bremerton that it accept such conveyance and grant such consideration,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON that
upon the conveyance to the City of Bremerton by Florence Rothenberg
of Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8, Lot L, Subdivision E of Ivy> Green Cemetery
that the City shall grant perpetual care to Lots 1, 2, 5 and 6 of
said subdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 23rd d~y of August, 1961.
