of Bremerton a petition by the residents of the territory known as
Crown Hill and upon property more particularly described as follows=

Primary State Highway No. 21 and the Easterly margin of

Morgan Road, to the Easterly extension of the Northerly

for the annexation of said described property to the City of
Bremerton and for an election to vote upon the question of annex-
ation of said described property to the said City of Bremerton,
and
WHEREAS, said petition has been considered by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Bremerton does hereby approve the petition for an election
to vote upon the annexation of that property hereinbefore described
situated in Kitsap County, Washington, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioners named therein or
representatives thereof be notified of the approval of the petition
by mailing a copy of this resolution to said petitioners or repre-
sentatives of said petitioners and that a copy of this resolution
be mailed to the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington, and the
Board of County Co~-u,issioners of Kitsap County, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 31st day of May, 1961.
