WH~EAS there are additional excess receipts to the Street
Fund over and above the original budget estimate add the excess re-
ceipts appropriated by Resolution No. 1197, and
WHERF~.S certain appropriations have been found to be ~n-
adequate for the year 1962,
NO~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that excess receipts be approp-
riated to the 1962 Street Budget as follows~
Maintenance & Operation 6 $3,000.00

PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by t he City Clerk in auth-
entication of such passage this 26th day of December, 1962.
