NOW, T~.~Ot~, be it resolved that Wednesday the 7th day of November,
1962 at 10:00 otclock A. ~., P. ~. T., of said day at the Council Ch~bers
in the City Ball ~n the City of Bre~erton, be ~d the same is hereby fixed
as the t~e and ~lace of the hearin~ upon said roll; ~d,
BE IT ~T~E~ ~OL~D that the City Clerk be, a~d he is, hereby
d~rected and author[zed to ~ve not~ce of the time ~d place of said hear~n~
to all persons who may have des[re to object to such assessment roll to ~e
such objections in ~tin~ and file s~e with the City Clerk at or prior to the
date set for such hearin~ by written not[ce to the o~er or reputed owner of
the different properties whose n~e appears upon said roll By ma[lin~ a not[ce
thereof at least 1~ days before the d~te here~n set for ~uch h~ar~n~ to such
o~er or reputed o~er at the address of such o~er as sho~ on the tax rolls of
the County Treasurer for the property described on said list and shall further ~[ve
notice of such hearin~ by publishin~ such notice at least five t~mes in the
official newspaper, the last publication of which s~ll be at least f~fteen days
pr[or to the date of such hearing. The above mentioned [mprevement includes
the construction of Concrete Curbs ~d ~utters ~d Asphaltic ~urfac~n~ and the
doin~ of ~y ~d ~11 other work in connection therewith.
