BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that a hearing shall
be had on the 17th day of October, 1962, in the Council Chambers
of the Bremerton City Hall, in the City of Bremerton, at the hour
of 10:00 a.m. ST, to determine whether or not the Southeasterly 15
feet of the platted Street lying between Block 23 and Block 24, Plat
of the Town of Decatur, together with the tidelands abutting said
Southeasterly 15 feet should be vacated; and that the City Clerk
shall give notice of said hearing by posting in three of the most
public places in the City of Bremerton and in a conspicuous place
upon said street to be vacated, a copy of said notice; and, in ad-
dition thereto, the City Clerk, not less than fifteen days before
the 17th day of October, 1962, shall send a copy of said notice
to the owners or reputed owners of all lots, tracts or parcels of
land abutting upon said street as shown by the records of the
County Treasurer and directed to the addresses thereon shown.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 2~ay of September, 1962.
