budget for the year 1962 is exhausted, and
~ the appropriation for Materials is in excees of the require-
~ents for the balance of the year,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City O~ncil of the City of Bre~erton
that $2,575.00 be transferred from the appropriation itea "Materials" to
the appropriation item ~Extra Labor· in the Street Dempartment budget
for the year 1962, as authorized by ROW 35.33.120.
'PASSED by the Oity Council of the 0ity of Bremerton, signed by the
May~r and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 22nd day of August, 1962.
