of the City of Bremerton asking that a certain portion of an alley
located between Lots 5, 6 and 7, and Lot 8, Jens Jacobson's Addition
to the City of Bremerton, according to plat thereof, said portion
being of an alley running north and south from 8th to 10th Street,
located between Park Avenue and Warren Avenue, Bremerton, Washington
be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
a hearing shall be had on the 12th day of September, 1962, in the
Council Chamber, City Hall, in the City of Bremerton, at the hour
of ten o' clock DST to determine whether or not the alley should be
vacated; and that the City Clerk shall give notice of said hearing
by posting in three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton
and in a conspicuous place upon said alley to be vacated a copy of
said notice; and, in addition thereto, the City Clerk, not less than
fifteen days before the 12th day of September, 1962, shall send a
copy of said notice to the owners or reputed owners of all lots,
tracts or parcels of land abutting upon said alley as shown by the
records of the County Treasurer and ~irected to the addresses there-
on shown.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
