HomeMy WebLinkAbout1182 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1157 the City of Bremerton adopted a
comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years, pursuant to
Chapter 195 laws of 1961, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is convinced through further study
of said program, that it should be amended by adding thereto the repair
of Sheridan Road between Schley Boulevard and Bullard Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton, the legislative
body of said City, held a public hearing on the proposed amendment to
said comprehensive plan, at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton at
~ a.m. PDT on the 5th day of July, 1962, and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written objections to the proposed
amendment to the said comprehensive plan, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that
the comprehensive plan adopted by Resolution No. 1157 be amended by
adding thereto the repair and reconstruction of Sheridan Road between
Schley Boulevard and Bullard Avenue; and, that said amendment together
with said comprehensive plan, be and the same, is hereby adopted as the
street program for the ensuing six years within the City of Bremerton;and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two copies of said amendment to said
comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years, together with
two copies of this resolution be filed with the Director of Highways
of the State of Washington.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 5th day of July, 1962.
